Values Exploration Exercise

Behaving in alignment with your values helps you sense your intuition clearly. Your values reflect what you care about and what you consider to be important. When these values are being met you are more likely to make intuitive, aligned and confident choices. There are no right answers here – simply what feels right to you. Use this template to identify your values in the different areas of your life.
